On the Open House Day, visitors are invited to explore the historic Künstlerhaus Lukas and discover the work of current fellows through exhibitions, readings, screenings, concerts, and conversations.

Events at Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop

The event forum for the Künstlerhaus Lukas is the Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop. Here, the fellows present their work through exhibitions, festivals, symposia, readings, concerts, workshops, film screenings, and performances. Alongside international art positions, with a focus on collaborations in the Baltic Sea region and the promotion of art at the intersection of ecological issues, the Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop serves as a forum for contemporary art and discourse.

BALTIC NEXT – Young Art from Northern Europe

Opens Easter Sunday and Monday from 11am-5pm.

BALTIC NEXT is an exhibition format for emerging artists, developed in ongoing collaboration with partner institutions in the Baltic Sea region. The focus is on current trends in young art from the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea.
